Trim Healthy Mama – Closing out 2016

2016 was the year I jumped on the Trim Healthy Mama Train! Here is an end of the year progress picture.

I started 2016 like many of you, ready to renew my attempts to lose weight.  The only success I had in the past was with Weight Watchers.  I had done Weight Watchers 3 times in the past 13 years. Only after my first pregnancy did I lose any weight. Each of my 4 pregnancies had packed on extra pounds and I was not a healthy eater.  My Weight Watchers attempts were half-hearted and I was stuck.  January 2016 started much the same way.  I had heard about Trim Healthy Mama in different Facebook groups.  There was one particular post from my cousin on the day she met Pearl and Priscilla at a homeschool conference that caused me to finally jump on the Trim Healthy Mama train!

I ordered the books and started Trim Healthy Mama in April.  It took me a few weeks to read the book and come up with a game plan.  I’ll post more on that later on what you need to get started later.  April 24th was my official start date.  I weighted 232.6.  Today I weigh 178.6.
